ABOUT ME
Me… I’m called Ailie and I’ve lived in the Luberon since 1990. I worked part-time for author Peter Mayle for 25 years but, amongst other things, I’ve also taught English, set up a gift shop and given tastings in a winery, run a corkscrew museum, worked in a restaurant, been part of a catering company and done a degree with the Open University. I enjoy walking and I’m passionate about food.
